Unter e-Partizipation wird die Einbindung in Diskussions-, Entwicklungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse mittels IKT (Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien) verstanden. Der Begriff wird oftmals in Zusammenhang mit e-Government, e-Demokratie und e-Administration verwendet.
